Replays of the sessions, resources and tools, and support if you need it. You do not have to do this alone!

Session 1:
The Caregiving Bridge

Where are you on the bridge, and who are you caring for?

In this session, we map out your unique caregiving landscape—roles, responsibilities, and relationships—so you can see the full picture of what you’re holding. You’ll leave with more clarity, language for your season, and a starting point for the rest of the series.

Session 2:
Protecting Dignity & Autonomy

Care decisions are never just logistical, they’re deeply human.

This session explores how to navigate medical, legal, and daily care choices in ways that honor the dignity, preferences, and autonomy of the person you support. You’ll gain practical tools and guiding questions to help you make hard decisions with more compassion, respect, and grace.

    Session 3:
    Communication Crossroads

Caregiving is full of tough conversations... with providers, family members, and workplaces.

In this session, we look at how to communicate clearly and kindly, even when emotions are high or opinions differ. You’ll get language, frameworks, and examples that protect relationships and preserve dignity (your loved one’s and your own).

    Session 4:
    Support & Systems

You were never meant to do this alone.

This session helps you identify the personal, professional, and community supports available to you—and how to actually ask for and receive help. We’ll also explore simple systems and routines that make caregiving and work more sustainable, so you can stay in this for the long haul.

I offer Contingency Planning Advisory services which is a fancy way of saying.. I help people proactively prepare for emergency situations.

After walking my dad through Alzheimer’s (and juggling siblings along the way) I became known for implementing life planning crisis preparation into doable steps.

    I’ve helped people with:

    • Mapping care options and making confident, values-aligned decisions
    • Navigating how the healthcare system requirements impact our ability to learn what’s going on when loved ones are hospitalized.
    • Understanding powers of attorney, advanced directives, and essential documents
    • Coordinating with siblings and sharing the load
    • Preparing for safety, driving, housing, and “what if” scenarios before a crisis hits
